Overview

During summer of 2020, I was an Experience Consultant to Birdie, an online decision making platform to answer the question, "What to watch?" Over a course of 3 months, I worked directly with the founder, Lauren Rosenthal to see the product through the early stage development. I was in charge of the early adopter research, UX design, A/B testing, visual design and launch strategy development. I worked closely with the web and mobile developers, users and customers to dive deep into the pain points and propose the appropriate solutions.
